You can reach us through our website form, WhatsApp, phone call, or email. We respond within 24 hours to all queries.
Do you offer both online and offline counselling sessions?
Yes. We provide online sessions for students across India and abroad as well as offline sessions at our counselling centre (by appointment).
What information should I share when contacting you?
Basic details like student’s name, class, current concerns (stream selection, profiling, study abroad, career transition) help us recommend the right program.
Can parents and students book a joint counselling session?
Absolutely. We encourage parent-student sessions so that everyone is aligned on career goals, financial planning, and future opportunities.
What are your working hours for counselling sessions?
We are available Monday to Saturday, 10 AM – 7 PM IST. Sunday sessions can be arranged on special request.
How soon can I book an appointment after contacting you?
Appointments are usually available within 2–3 working days, depending on counsellor availability and the type of service requested.
